At The Sanctuary Yoga Studio
I am teaming up with Natasha of The Sanctuary Yoga Studio for another AcuYin event: a class that combines the deep relaxation of a yin yoga practice and an acupuncture savasana.
We will practice a gentle yin class attuned to calming the nervous system, opening blockages, and allowing our minds to quiet. We will then have an acupuncture enhanced savasana that is specific to resetting the digestive system, which is especially helpful after a little Thanksgiving indulgence.
Please wear pants that can be easily rolled up to the knees to maximize the benefits of each event. This workshop is appropriate for those who are new to acupuncture or beginners in yoga as the practice will be slow and gentle. Please keep in mind that you will be laying still for about half an hour during the final relaxation. With this said, bring anything that will keep you comfortable and warm during your acupuncture savasana: a blanket, thick yoga mat, a small pillow, etc. Pre-Registration is required
